Is this forum for expatriot?

Com Licensa senhor,senhora. I will be near to Zhuhai soon and so looking to read ideas of the many expatriot in China.
Many expatriot here are talking of happy things in beautiful city as well as problems of censorship or olympics and rules or a matter like health in that area near Zhuhia.
This must be a good thing for the health of community.
There are also local people writing here and some of them argue with expatriots and tell them not to write these things, or have angry reaction.
Where else can this opinion be spoken freely if it is not expressed in these expatriot forum? I think surely no area will be perfect.
Is there not any forum for the local Zhuhai people to give opinion? This is like another censorship to expatriots .
This is not happening in different countries website for expatriots and is not so welcome to new expatriot.
I hope the local people are very friendly to foreigners in social situation.

If you can read Chinese, try looking into QQ. Virtually every computer on every desk in every office in town is logged into QQ from 8am to 8pm at least 6 days every week. I suspect that's where the locals express what they really think.
